Associations

True North exists because of the efforts of our supporting organizations. We are one piece of a larger vision to plant new churches throughout Minnesota, and these groups provide us with necessary support and guidance.

The Fellowship of Evangelical Churches. The FEC is a community of church families committed to church planting, biblical spirituality and mutual support.

Mission River Association. Mission River is a church planting support association formed by founding leaders of the River Church-Farmington, our parent church. The vision of Mission River is to encourage and develop new church plants that work in partnership with one another.

The River-Farmington. The River in Farmington, MN is our parent church. The River was founded in 2002 and is committed to providing resources for new church plants. The founding leadership of True North are all founding members of the River.

River Church-Faribault The River in Faribault, MN was founded in 1997 with a vision to see five new churches planted in Southeastern Minnesota by 2010. The River-Farmington and True North are both products of much prayer and groundwork laid by the leaders of the River-Faribault.
